What is destroying your country worth?

Law refers to the Law laid down by our Creator and the founders.  Our Law is reflected in such documents as the Magna Charta, the unanimous Declaration of Independence of these united states, and the limitations placed on governing bodies by the Constitution for the united States of America and, for example, Missouri’s Constitution.

However, for my purpose in perhaps getting a couple of the out-of-control bureaucrats to question their motives and maybe a couple of we regular people to become motivated to question those in their immediate bureaucracies, the statement above also refers to statutes meant to govern the government and its creations.  Such rules do not apply to we people, as we who are supposed to be free have our Law, which leaves us free to do as we will so long as we do not intentionally interfere with the rights of others.

Understand this.  The minds of Man create officials.  We, the People, create them.  Thus, they are artificial entities in their official capacities.  These formless entities have one primary job, to preserve and protect our rights.  It is their reason for being and, if not done, we should purge them.

They have no rights in their official capacities.  We must control them, as it seems people in positions of trust often obey one of the weaknesses of men - the psychopathic lust for power over others.

The founders seemed to be well aware of this.   They knew the weaknesses of men could lead those placed in positions of trust betraying the trust for lust of power and financial gain.  Hence, they implemented (through the people) the limitations placed on government by the Constitution for these united states.

What would be the results of such betrayal of trust?  One has only to look around, as the land we now live in is far beyond that that our forefathers fought to relieve the colonists of.

America has been converted to a fascist, rights oppressing (oppression at the barrel of a gun) land of little freedom that does not in fact resemble the union of states and the freedom given to us through the blood, sweat, and tears of our forefathers.

One may cry freedom all they wish but freedom is far more than selecting, for examples, TV shows, sports events, or waving some little flag when we attack another country that is not in the process of attacking us.

Freedom is, and shall always be, living NOT under control of government.  It is, instead, living free of government control over inherent, unalienable rights.  That is, to live and act in any manner one wish.  The only limitation is that one may not interfere with the rights of others.  This includes not interfering with (damaging) property owned jointly by the people, such as our highways, parks, and buildings occupied by governing bodies politic.

This is to say one’s freedom of exercising rights stops where another’s begins.  This is not complicated, as the wrathful people against freedom rant and rave using complex legalese and a foreign language (Latin) to confuse and mislead our people.

Examples of these anti-American freedom entities are, with few exceptions, those people belonging to the private and likely unconstitutional club we know as Bar attorneys, judges/justices, most others that hold any government position, and dirty rotten lobbyists for both domestic and foreign governments that should be treated as the traitors and invaders that they are.

Let us never forget, or let our people learn, that government serves only the people in the real America.  You see, the source of all government authority is derived from the people.  Understand that no government entity has authority over free people because the people have no authority over other people to give them.

This means that if you cannot tell your neighbor in his private life what to do, you cannot give government the authority to tell him what to do.  We cannot give what we do not have to give.  Simple to understand, isn’t it?

As for rights, “inherent” means we are born with the rights.

“Unalienable” (inalienable, if you prefer) means that no man or group of men can regulate, let alone, remove our rights.   They are ours from birth to grave, no matter what some attorney, judge/justice, cop, legislator, or executive branch member of government says.  You might think of it as we cannot be alienated from our rights.  Furthermore, we are sovereign (supreme) to all officials, bar none.

Are we alienated from our rights?  Well, let’s see.  Do you have to pay a fee to the government to exercise rights such as travel?  Do you have to pay a fee to operate a business?  Do you have to vaccinate your kids at the government’s orders?

Of course, there are many other aspects of our live, including our private property, that is now controlled through state-sponsored terrorism, such as bureaucrats siccing their armed and dangerous dogs of law enforcement on any property owners that do no apply.  In review, “private” means “not under government control.”

Speaking of that, if you are the owner of a restaurant, bar, or other privately owned business, is it “public property” that can be regulated by government, or is it “private property” that is not in fact under government control?

If one honestly looks into the control over our behaviors, one finds government controls nearly all human endeavors in some way or another.

Who are these people striving to destroy freedom?  Theoretically, they are your neighbors that you have placed in office with the express intent of protecting and preserving your rights.  They are not people given permission to control your lives, your property, your pursuit of happiness (control means controlling your pursuit, not letting it run free rein as free will), and the all-encompassing right to live as you see fit (within the confines of never interfering with the rights of others).

But, are we now living in the land of the free, or are we instead living in a land with government bodies politic interfering where even the kings of old never tread?

Forget about “State” sovereignty.  The State when thought of as “the government” has no sovereignty over the people and the states they form.

We people are the sovereignty, with the powers of a monarch spread out equally over all of us.

If elected to office, we lose that sovereignty, as it remains in the hands of the people we serve.  We become in our official capacity an artificial creation.  Men write Regulations/statutes in order to control basic human flaws, such as the psychopathic lust for power over others, of the human filling the position.

Remember, Constitution regulates government and thereby protects our rights.

If authority given by the people is replaced by “power” exercised by armed and dangerous enforcers, we live not in a free society but one controlled by the enforcers of de facto law, a police state of Gestapo-like terrorists, rather than de jure law our forefathers and six millennia of human development gave us.

Because we have been converted to a facto de facto State, we no longer live in true freedom but wallow in a mire of oppression created by out-of-control bureaucrats, their enforcers of “their” law, and the denial of our Law.  We are but tools (animal “resources,” if you wish) of the bureaucrats creating wealth for them by taking it from us, and pushing us deeper and deeper into a state of servitude to them.

Thus, we arrive back to the original, but expanded, question.  What is destroying our country, the land of freedom given to us by our forefathers and our Law worth to public servants?  What is giving in to government dictates worth to you, to leave behind a country of destitution, despair, and lack of human freedom/free will to our offspring - our posterity?

Ask your favorite “friendly, neighborhood cop,” as if there is such a thing now, what he gains by violating every premise this land was founded on when he pulls you over or questions you on the street, denying you all your rights?

Ask the city council and county government members what they gain by denying you your rights of private property ownership?

Even better, confront every public official and ask them to explain the meaning of the Declaration of Independence.  Ask (or tell them, as you are their boss) to list the limitations placed on them by the Constitution for these united states of America.

I guarantee they will not be able to tell you much of anything about either and, yet, they are given the trust to protect and preserve your rights.

So, then ask them if they do not understand the meanings of such documents, God’s Laws reflected in the Ten Commandments, and the meaning of liberty/freedom, just how do they intend on defending and thusly preserving your inherent, inalienable rights?

Then, look in the mirror and ask the man or woman you see, “How do you expect them to meet the most important obligation to you they have?”

Be wary.  I suggest you ask such questions with many witnesses, people you can truly trust, around you, especially if you question any armed and dangerous enforcer of “their” law.

If you question a judge, it must not be in the setting where he can sic law enforcers on you, and then assaulting, kidnapping, and placing you in jail for “contempt of court,” a most abused method of control used by corrupt judges that does not apply to the people.

If it is an attorney, especially those holding two offices, make sure you get his permission to record the conversation, or have a stenographer with you.

Do not fail in getting the attorney and your witnesses to sign that the conversation was as stated in the document recorded by the stenographer.

Remember always that bureaucrats are living a lie, and the only means to defend a lie is with another lie or killing/disappearing the man or woman questioning them.

So, what is destroying our country worth?  To them, it is power and financial gain.

For you, through your silence and fear of confronting government, it is servitude or worse.
