This report is in two parts, covering the last meeting of the previous term of the national committee (LNC) and the first meeting of the second term. Both are pretty much softball meetings. In the first the board members are just trying to be done and get out, while the second is devoted primarily to introductions. So several important issues were discussed, but little action was taken.
