Sean HaughWe had a landmark event for the Libertarian Party of Durham County this last week. I was invited to represent us at a community round table on poverty, sponsored by the local newspaper for a series of articles they are planning.

We both believe politics can be conducted with civility, and with respect, respect both for each other and respect for the intelligence and good will of the people. We both have a vision of a government that serves the people, instead of the people serving the government. Which is all to say the essential thing - both our parties are parties of principle.
